HelpXpat Relocations is seeking a highly experienced Global Mobility Services Director to lead our operations in the Middle East. This role is based in Dubai and offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, deliver operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team within a global leader in relocation services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of global mobility consultants to achieve service delivery targets and exceed KPIs.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of productivity and quality across all mobility operations.
- Build and foster strong client relationships, addressing complex needs and creating new business opportunities.
- Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring consistent performance and service quality.
- Oversee financial performance, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to drive continuous growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in relocation and/or global mobility, ideally with operations management experience.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Strong financial and cost-management expertise.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- University degree preferred, relevant experience highly valued.
