HelpXpat Relocations is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Mobility Services Director to oversee global mobility operations, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team at the forefront of innovation in relocation services. The duties will include the following:
- Lead and manage a talented team of global mobility consultants to achieve service delivery targets and exceed KPIs.
- Drive business development by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow revenue and expand our services.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high productivity and quality standards across all global mobility operations.
- Foster client relationships and participate in meetings to understand client needs, solve complex cases, and explore new revenue opportunities.
- Lead vendor relationships, resolving performance issues and ensuring quality service.
- Manage financial performance, optimize costs, and identify ways to increase profitability through operational efficiencies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to drive continuous development and success.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in relocation and/or global mobility, ideally with operations management experience.
- Strong business development mindset with proven success in identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in financial decision-making, cost management, and maximizing margins.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- A university degree is preferred, but experience in the field is key.
